Called to find out pricing and see if able to collect in one place and drop.off at another. Person said can't give pricing without booking but refered it to a manager.Took 2 dasy for the manager to reply. Said they can't do a one way rental and gave no other information. Had asked how much per day if had to collect and drop at one location.Will never use this company or recommend. Have now found a rental company who will help us and with good pricing.

Albany. I hired a truck.It did not work as I would have liked.They sorted out a solution that was agreeable. A fine came in for the truck for the Northen tunnel. I was not advised that I would have to pay this in the agreement. They paid.So although I had issues with the hire vehicle the customer service was actually on point.I would consider using their services again solely on the prompt, correct, friendly, and definitely understanding if not actually caring service.Robots cannot do what the front of house team here have done.From the reception to management.The brand May be “BUDGET” but the service is top class.You get 5 stars.
