Great people & the food is good, especially the burgers, probably the best takeaways in Greymouth. But the scoop of chips is very small, about half of what it used to be & compared to others takeaways in town. They can also be very slow. In the evening they might say 15-20 minutes but you generally have to wait 30-35 minutes

We enjoy the occasional fish n chips and have tried a few different places on the coast since moving here. Without a doubt Four Js are by far the best. Not greasy and wonderful fish. Not the biggest scoop but still really good chips. And if you like fried chicken you'll love their version, yummy

Noted all the rocks lined up along the front the shop. Ram raiders beware!!! Go On the spot. While the lovely daughter of the family team made our fresh fruit icecream I looked around the shop. Much more than a corner dairy. Very good takeaway hotfood but being a hot day icecream was our desire.If we lived in Greymouth this would be our new local as so many locals were in there!!The best advert....next to mine!!!! He he

Just had fish & chips from here and they were fabulous. My first time with new owners. Burger was great, fish was perfect with nice crispy batter. Chips and pineapple ring really good too. Lovely friendly service with a smile. Highly recommend.

Loved it had three fish and a scoop of wedges all perfectly cooked and lovely. Friendly team behind the counter. Located right by the beach just perfect to watch the sunset.
