Noel Leeming Whangarei Supa

I recently bought a vacuum cleaner here and while i understand that staff are doing their best to provide customer service, I did find my experience here very overwhelming. Firstly there's no need to hover around customers like a hawk. If we need help, we'll ask. Secondly, we can tell when you really want to help us vs meet your KPI for sales target for the month. My entire experience felt like the staff (Melanie) wanted to take advantage of my situation here. Really didn't enjoy shopping at all and don't think I'll be coming back to this outlet in particular.

Extremely rude customer service when I phoned through to query an insurance claim. The lady had a horrendous attitude and obnoxious tone.

Didnt like the customer service. Recently purchased a phone and the employee basically told me he would refuse to sell me a cheap phone cause a more expensive one suits me needs better. I disagred.

ordered a phone through themarket app that was from the noel leeming store in whangarei, made the order during easter on the 16th april and collected from the store on 21st april after ALOT of me following up on the order through email and phone and online chat, will never do click and collect with whangarei noel leeming again. Very slack at picking up their phone and even slacker at being proactive once couriers have dropped off items to the store. My phone sat there over 24hours before someone bothered to tell me it was ready to be collected after i sent emails to find out where it was then when I went to collect it the female worker was just blah about it and told me my order was sent out for delivery to my address that morning but i told her i got an email to say it was in the store waiting for me as I chose click and collect she went to the back and found it then told me their system is 'retarded' and put my phone on the desk so it wasn't sent out on the courier afterall, their systems are bad at this store other staff were helpful asking if I needed help while I was standing there waiting but not a good experience with their click and collect system.

Bought the newest iPhone here. Best customer service. Friendly staff. Very happy with the product.

Have had mixed experiences with service here. Had a refreshing experience with returning faulty items with Sammy. She was super proactive and helpful in person on top of following up with emails days later.

Wanted a charger for Microsoft computer bought from Noel lemming. Also wanted a magic bullet. Web site referred me to this shop. Once there Informed they no longer stock accessories for Microsoft. To not offer this service is disappointing. Waited 15 minutes in queue gave up went across car park and purchased magic bullet for $30.00 less at Briscoe.

This is my toy store where i buy all my gadgets. Customer service is really good, staff are always ready to help. Price are reasonable too esp if its on sale
