Our studio is a small and friendly environment, with classes that are - on purpose - small in numbers and therefore intimate. Maree and Emily run an amazing Pilates practice here at Polestar. Their work is thoughtful, helpful and thorough. The studio is in a beautiful setting in Herne Bay. I look forward to my work with them each week and wonder why I did not try PIlates sooner! Thank you.

Polestar Pilates Studio provide a high quality instruction with programs customised to individual capability and/or rehab requirements. I have been taking their studio and reformers sessions for nearly 6 years and really appreciate small class sizes and focus on good form and technique. Great job Maree and Emily!
