Jared͏ and Candace were a breeze to work with from the outset. They were aware that we wanted to sell quickly and ensured we had a strategy to do that. They communicated with us consistently and clearly, keeping us in the loop with what interest our house was getting and the feedback they'd received from potential buyers. We could talk to Jared and Candace at any time and they answered our questions and eased our concerns. They are experts in their fields which was hugely helpful as this is the first house we have sold - so had plenty of questions. We truly couldn't recommend Jared and his team more.

Professional Service - Results far exceeded expectationsFrom the moment I first contacted Jared I knew I was in safe hands. He was thoroughly professional from the start, he gave me excellent advice in preparing the house for sale, gave me some good contacts for getting it ready, including a wonderful stager. After a 3 week Open Home program, we went to auction and achieved a sale of more than $150,000 more than I expected to on auction day. A truly outstanding result.

Great experience. This was our first time selling a house and was made more complicated by the fact that we live in a different city and decided to renovate it before selling. Jared was amazing throughout the whole (long) process. From reno advice through to putting it on the market and selling it, he was friendly and professional throughout. He really went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful.
