Most worst NZ firm ever used.1. When they came to do the quote, without my permission, the guy started to repair my drain but he did not carry any tools with him. He used my hose, and drop into my drain. I don't know what will happen in coming years. They just simply said rain water would flush it away, but the hose is 15cm long and very much unlikely get through the under-grand drain. This is very much risky.2. I told them to repair the gutter drain leakage at the joint. Two guys came without any spare components. I was told to prepare the components or wait for them next visit. Finally they just glued it and let me repair it if it is broken next time.3. You must clean the gutter otherwise any job would not proceed. But I just need to repair the gutter drain leakage. what is matter with the gutter clean. I did it not long time ago.4. Extremely EXPENSIVE I ever met. The gutter clean is double price compared to other providers. Whatever you want to do, change another firm.PS:I have the rights comment at any time, even this is one year later I was received your call this week to ask me if I needed house clean this year, clearly answer is NO.I accepted the quote was because the visited guy told me as compensation for the drain drop will be free(in fact is is not). I believed your team and later coming jobs were just finishing the job. Did I praise any job you did? Did I gave 5 starts to you, none. I did not say anything never means it is good.

This company claims to have a professional and highly trained team, stating they are one of the most experienced and trusted gutter repair companies in Auckland on their website. They quoted my job after a full assessment and property inspection, then started the job before realising access for their quoted equipment may not be possible. They subsequently advised we needed to incur additional costs to ensure safe access. At a cost of $1000.00 we trimmed a number of trees to allow alternative equipment. Their supervisor confirmed they could proceed and the job was rescheduled, but again they have advised the alternative equipment is not viable. For a professional company, how can they get it so wrong! The owner and team became difficult to communicate with avoiding my email, and after follow-up have now advised they are simply walking away from the job. Richelle Scott

Great skilled tradesmen for our roof re-nail and paint. They took care and pride in their work, were pleasant to have around the house, kept the work areas clean and tidy throughout the job, communicated well and we are very pleased with the finished job. Hi everyone I posted 5 stars after supercity had completed our first job of replacing a portion our very sadly neglected guttering. We where so imprest with the job and customer service from all of team.We got them back in to completely replace all the guttering. They communicated well with us, turned up exactly when they said they would, and did an excellent job cleaning the outside of our house from top to bottom. Supercity have just repainted our townhouse. Excellent job with premium paint after thorough initial wash. Punctual and hardworking team, really good communication with us throughout. Scaffolders were also professional and prompt. Completed within the estimated time despite a day of poor weather. We're really pleased - couldn't recommend them more highly!

Supercity Property Services continues to be our first choice for the complete cleaning of our home. They are always easy to deal with from booking the clean to when the boys have finished tidying up and closing the gate.We have used Supercity Property Services for over 5 years now to clean our gutters, house and roof. Moss and mould treatments on our driveway and paths - removing any oil drips stains from the driveway in the process. After 3 years I will be going back to my previous provider…my beautifully landscaped area particularly my paved and concrete areas have deteriorated to the point where I require a professional cleaner to bring back to standard…simply spraying a moss and mould product on a dirty surface (as recommended by your company) is insufficient…the pricing is also excessive, for less than 1 hour 30 mins spent on site for 2 technicians, I was charged $731 for the house wash incl courtyard area, gutter clean and the moss and mould treatment (the house is very small and on a cross lease site)…the time spent on the job reflected in the sub standard clean I received.In reply to your comment below, yes you are correct it is not about the money, however I would have preferred a sufficient clean without the 10% discount offered as compensation for the sub standard clean received. It is an inconvenience to have to get the work redone to a maintain the standard of my property. Effectively you are charging $487.60 per hour for 2 technicians, for this price I would have expected an exceptional clean…not what I received!
