I'm a pretty skeptical buyer and these guys were super patient with me and as a result i'm the very satisfied owner of a new mattress and frame. Slept on it for the first time last night and was very pleased. The quality of both mattress and frame are great and I paid only $550. Definitely recommend as a good value, good quality, good service place to shop. Thanks.!

Excellent customer service from Kavisha (apologies if I have spelled his name wrong) he was very helpful, informative, detailed and friendly. He was very attentive to us and all the other customers and remained calm as it got busy. Top service. We bought the Orthopedic 2 x Gel Top Pocket Sprung Mattress with 2 x Bamboo pillows which we have had for a couple of weeks now and we love it. Best sleep and comfort. So reasonably priced and great value for money. Thank you Sleepcenter Beds.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!After paying for my bed they THEN told me it was out of stock so I wait 11days for it…I received the bed on a Monday morning start putting it together that evening only to realise it’s the complete wrong size, I inform them straight away only for them to tell me il need to wait till next week for a replacement. I am heavily pregnant and am now forced to sleep on a mattress on the floor until they can get a replacement… just not good enough!!!DONT SELL A PRODUCT YOU DONT HAVE!!

we recently ordered a bed base from the store on site at their penrose location. But when we got home, we realised we got the measurements wrong and wouldn't be able to fit the bed up the stairs into our bedroom. We went back immediately to the store to cancel our order and get our refund. However this store charges cancellation fee of 15% even if you cancel within only a couple of hours of your purchase date/time.The sales lady also didn't inform us prior to payment of thier strict cancellation fees. It was only brought to our attention on the receipt given to us after making the full payment. Cancellation fees should only be applied & enforced within reasons when the business has already peformed part of the work/labour associated with fulfilling the order. I can't understand how this business has suffered any loss when the cancellation is made within a couple of hours from purchase.So be very careful when you buy from this store, we're currently enquiring with the NZ consumer protection agency on whether their refund policy is actually fair and legal within NZ consumer law.

Whether you choose to believe it or not, bad customer service received by this man in Sleep Centre Store, penrose. I purchased queen bed yesterday. However product was good but wasn’t sure if the mattress I purchased was the same one I saw in store. As I paid extra for the mattress. I wanted to know so I revisit the store next day. Same guy who sold the bed came and I asked him simple question, he as so rude started an argument without knowing his product knowledge. I will highly recommend not to go to him he doesn’t know what customer service is or how to deal with customers.
