We went to the Tauranga office a few weeks ago to get a roofing quote for a new build. We followed up with them two weeks later and again the following week. It seemed like a hassle for the lady on the phone that we rang. Six weeks later and we still haven't heard anything from them. Shocking customer service and a terrible experience.

Taupo branch - multiple calls and a email later just for a price on a hand full of roof iron and no reply. Look like they are only interested in the big boys business.Taupo residence don’t bother, just take the drive to Rotorua and support a business over there.
