First time to the new restaurant. Great potential for building community with communal seating options. Happy friendly staff and excellent tasting and portioned food. Great, reasonably priced, soulful food. Love the option to byo cutlery and crockery too. Keep up the good work!

Good cheap vegetarian meal. Very busy so prepare to queue. BYO plates/containers preferred but other options available. Very friendly and welcoming.

Since I seen The Bowling Club open out of a trailer, I have been wanting to try it.I am so pleased they have built up an awesome following and found a permanent premise in the community to dish up their awesome food.My first visit was tonight and I was not disappointed, amazing friendly team who are more than generous with the food they serve up. Not only is it AMAZING value for money, but it's so tasty.I love this concept, the food is awesome and the team is the cherry on top. So pleased that you have such an supportive following in the Dunedin community.Thanks for all your hard work! Can't wait to come back (probably tomorrow)

Spacious eatery that serves affordable 4nzd meals that are largely portioned and delicious. Amazing staff who are very friendly and accomodating to clients. Menu changes each week but there are mainstay meals like loaded Mac and Cheese that are a fan favorite. Don’t be disheartened by the long queue as there’s a good queue system in place that you’d be by the counter in no time. Eatery has seats to dine in if you’d like to eat in as often most customers would purchase meals for to takeaway and bring their own containers. Meals are Vegan and GF friendly and if one can’t afford a meal, there’s a free meal option too. Cannot fault this place. Great food with huge variety. Value well past the cost of the meal. Heaps of free meals of you are in a bind or strife. Staff are just amazing, friendly and always have a smile.The motto of eat well, eat cheap says it all.

Amazing food at an amazing price. Generous portions and optional extras of dessert and bread. Will definitely be going on the regular to support this and try all the great food.
