KFC will always be tasting similar in Auckland and in general. Cant rate higher as tastes the same. Service was ok. Where you eat is the main foodcourt otherwise they have limited spaces. Not rating down, just no reasons to rate higher. Im a fan of KFC though.

Had to wait over an hour wait for my food even though the people who ordered after me were getting their food. The chicken was lukewarm and dry and in the end they didn’t get my order right. As I sat down I could see people all around me with literal steaming hot chicken , where as mine was borderline barely like warm and almost coke in the middle . This left me very unsatisfied and left me very disappointed :(

Well, ya'll guessed it. Bad chicken & Service, no difference there.What I can't understand is those stupid Self service ordering machines. These things are at most major fast food outlets and takes so fricken long to order through this thing than to have a human take my order.????? And it's not age versus technology, it's awareness.

The service here is not professional, I ordered an meal (not at front desk) and received confirmation on my phone. While I waited, I went to a nearby store for a few minutes. When I came back to collect my food, the worker says it was taken by someone else already…KFC really needs to check confirmation receipts when costumer pick up. Luckily, they cooked us another one.

Went to buy lunch today 22/09/22. Used the kiosk machine at the entrance to place my order the order number was 71. While waiting for my order the person at cash register called out the number 71. I received the food and when I checked that it was not my order I returned it back because there was a second 71 number to that order.Can you please not place the same number at the kisok or give the exact number at the cash register when some is ordering because people will receive someone else's order that is also located to the same number. This is the first time this happened to me.
