Back from Perth visiting some mates and it was the best feed of fish & chips I'd had in awhile. Eftpos didn't accept credit card transaction but I wouldn't hold that against them being a small business in a small town.

Born and bred in NZ you always head for the best cooked fish and chips as there is nothing worse than overcooked fish or stale chips or dirty oil. Everything here was cooked perfectly. Menu offers which fresh fish of the day you'd like but you do have to pay according to which variety of fish you prefer. There is more than just fish and chips here but I just like good old fashioned fish and chips and I recommend this place.

The best fish and chip shop ever!!! Always reliable for a brilliant tasting Kai. Burgers we're Delicious and prices are cheap considering the amount of Kai you get!

Fresh delicious food at great prices.Flavoursome food. Really nice burgers that's made with tasty ingredients.Face deal the 16 dollar Cheeseburger combo. Best cheeseburger out!

No longer Blue Moon Takeaways .It is called 90 Mile Takeaways.Various specials available. Clean and tidy premises.We tried the Cheese Burgers and chips. Burger was the size of a Big Mac...but I must say it was packed with fresh goodness! Paua Fritters were on the black board outside.

Simply the best Fish and Chip shop I have ever been to. I am frequently in Kaitaia and will always take that trip 10 mins north to Awanui just for the Blue Moon meal. YOU MUST STOP HERE!!! These ladies really know how to cook an awesome takeaway meal. I have never had a bad food experience here.
