Hi there. Please consider updating your hours on your website and communicating this with your comms staff when you close early. I had called twice today to make sure I could collect my bank card at 3.30pm, but alas I arrived to find out this branch closed at 12pm. It takes a lot of planning during a crisis to make things happen and even worse when you have no access to your account. Definate let down. I am thankful for your service and I hope this is considered next time.

It is a very good branch. I have been very happy to use them for my savings account. Usually, they have plenty of tellers so the line moves pretty quickly that alone makes them significantly better than Kiwibank which is my other bank.

The WORST ANZ branch yet. The bank tellers are extremely rude and uninviting; Not to mention caked in makeup. They are also loud and love to embarrass new bankers. Definitely not high-level anxiety friendly. Majority of the staff are incapable, incompetent Millennial staff who love to judge, over-exaggerate the reasoning for your visit and would rather be doing anything else. Incredibly uncomfortable experiences each time I have to visit.

I never feel welcomed here. Takes ages to get an appointment. Don't feel like a valued customer.might change to a different bank but it takes forever to get transactions done in this slow bank
