Was a superfast service, considering we were in level 3. Emailed on Monday night, the inspection was done on the Thursday, and we had the report Friday afternoon. Very detailed report and a very prompt service.

I used housecall for a builders report as part of a pre-purchase home inspection. John and Lynn were very professional and gave me a clear quote and timeline. John and Lynn at HouseCall assisted us on a couple of occasions with pre-purchase house building inspections (builders reports). Their thorough reports and good amount of digital photographs make it really clear to understand what is being referred to in the report as well as making an informed decision on the property you're about to buy. We don't always know all the building terms and what to look out for so their assistance and willingness to answer any questions on the report make the process a whole lot easier. I would highly recommend using their services if you're planning on buying a house.
