These guys are the BEST! Friendly, professional, reasonably priced, flexibly hours (HUGE bonus to have a decent selection of appointment times outside of office hours!). I'm regularly booked with Alex (she is a maestro with my eyebrows!), but on the occasions I needed to change my appointment, everyone else has been just as pleasant and professional to deal with. Ten out of ten recommend.

Had my brows/lashes tinted and legs waxed by manaia last week and it felt so good to relax and be pampered. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time while chatting away.will be back very soon! :)

I have had great experiences in the past with Ruby with Brazilian, so experienced professional and attention to detail. Today I booked with Alex for the same who was absolutely amazing, super friendly and did such an expert job with my wax. No pain and perfect results. Definitely making my regular thank you!! extremely recommend!!

Update: Technology seems to have failed as the owner Deborah called me very apologetic saying an email was sent yesterday. I was assured and do believe this was an error on my brows that they are investigating. I was promised this is not the normal and they practice very high standards. Deborah, I thank you for taking action and I hope the technician can learn from my experience.Original review: Had my brows waxed here last weekend. The Beauty technician waxed off my skin. It was very painful after I left the salon (I did not think much of it at the time of waxing, as it does cause some initial pain. It then left a scab whuch is slowly healing, but very dry. I sent them an email but no reply....very dissapointing. I won't be returning. Do not recommend this salon.

I have been coming here for years, and there's no other place I'd go to! I have had many technicians over the time and all have been nothing but professional, friendly and welcoming. The work that they have all done have been consistent and all staff have been knowledgeable and accommodating With different stages of life (I've come throughout pregnancies and postpartum). Highly recommend!!

I went in for my annual re-touch up this morning. You feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I'm looking and feeling great again. Great boost to the confidence.I've been going to Ruby's since the beginning of 2019 for microblading work on my eyebrows. She does exactly what you ask for. I'm thrilled to bits with the difference my eyebrows have made to the overall appearance of my face. Nowadays, I feel confident even without makeup. Her prices are worth every cent for the quality of service she provides. Plenty of parking as well.
