I am always so astounded with the service that I get from Dan Taylor Plumbing. Your customer service skills are far above the rest. Every time I call to schedule an appointment I am always greeted with kindness and professionalism beyond compare! You need to be commended. The gentlemen that come to my house for plumbing installation are always extremely professional, honest, fair, and courteous. Again, not something that is always found in local plumbing companies, let alone other companies. Plus, they are kind to my dogs...which is always a plus! Due to this high quality of customer service and premium quality of repairs, I couldn't imagine taking my plumbing needs elsewhere. I greatly appreciate this kind of service in today's society.

Great service! This is the third time I have used Dan for our rental. He is very responsive and very easy to deal with, especially considering we live in another city. Never have to call him back for the same issue as always deals with it first time. Thanks Dan.

Beware, make sure you have a written quote or record your phone conversations. Invoice was twice the verbal quote. . Dan repaired the leak between my filter unit and house supply for around $200. All good. But then offered to tidy up the pipework for a further $200 to $300 for an all up cost of $500 over the phone as I was at work. Said he could work out the parts and then come around when quiet. I said leave it. Then approached my wife when she got home and offered to tidy up the pipe work again. She called me and after some discussion we agreed.Josh his junior plumber came around several days later with an apprentice while I was at work. Wife reports apprentice left the premises several times to get parts resulting in a 1 hr job taking half a day.I get an invoice for $966. I call Dan and ask him how $500 became $966. He says since I didn't record the conversation tough and threatens to rip out the plumbing, send debt collectors and take me to small claims court if I don't pay. He only agrees to reduce the bill by $100 for the apprentices training. I email him and say he can come rip out the plumbing and reinstall my original as Josh's plumbing is leaking. He says,see you in small claims. After much stress I just pay him. I never want him on my premises again. Never had any problems with any trades I've dealt with before.Pierre

We had a leak from our downstairs toilet and called Dan to see if he could sort it out. He was really good to talk with, understanding, responsive and sorted out getting one of his team out to us that afternoon, which was awesome! We were really happy with the work done, Vinnie was great, and overall an excellent experience. We'll definitely use Dan and his team again!
