I have been going to 101 Fitness for about 5 years and Melissa and Jay are amazing. It is so great to not have to go to a gym where there are lots of people several times a week. You can go to 101 once or twice a week and see the results in no time. The 101 sessions are brilliant and Melissa & Jay know their stuff. Highly recommended!
