Just Cuts Dunedin

I went into The Palms Just Cuts Christchurch to get my hair done for my son's wedding the next day. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!! The stylist was useless. Didn't even ask me properly what i wanted. I have a cow lick on the right side of my head. But instead of flicking it back and making it look nice he cut it wrong and flattened it down like bangs. It ended up looking like a bowl cut. I felt and looked terrible for a very special day. Have had experience with Dunedin as well.

After having an issue with my last haircut, Sandy saw me right with an amazing haircut and ensured I left with a smile on my face. Highly reccomend and will be back soon. Thank you so much for helping me out.

I Brought in my 3 year old son the other day for his first haircut and absolutely regret the decision.His hair is nothing like I asked for, I will admit he did move a bit as he's not one for sitting still but considering it being his first time in the chair did pretty well! His hair is a mess, it has just been hacked at no proper sectioning or any thought at all went into it.The stylist was un organized and seemed like she had no idea what she was doing literally just picking up random bits of hair and hacking it. We took a video of him getting it done and after watching it and showing other people who were also in shock that any professional hairdresser would be happy to let a customer walk out with a haircut that terrible, I felt I had to say something and if I wasn't so polite i would have done straight after.It's a shame because my 10 year old also got a haircut at the same time and I can not fault it probably one of the best cuts he's had.

I went to the Dunedin store today and I can say it was the worst haircut I have gotten in my life and it looks nothing like the picture I have shown him. One side of the fringe is uneven and the sides aren’t even faded in the slightest. If I could give negative stars I would.

Got my hair cut by Ethell- she had her work cut out for her, my hair was a disaster before coming in. Very happy with the cut, and Ethell was very bubbly and personable.

Went into the Dunedin store this morning for a hair cut. I even took a photo of the hair cut I wanted. What I got was not what I wanted. The stylist was very quiet and when I tried to talk to her about what I was after. All I got was hmm. Very unprofessional and will never go back there…

I'm very happy with the haircut and service I received from one of your talented male hairdressers and it was reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend these guys.
