Called to drop of some gear at 4:55pm and the employee said they would accept the return. My guys showed up 5 minutes later and the gates were bolted and they wont answer there phones... Not the best customer service.

We cannot fault the service we received on the recent hirage of equipment. Throughout the process the staff were always professional and helpful. When we had a change of day they went out of their way to make it happen.
