From Australia I was able to pre plan and pay for everything ahead of time alleviating a lot of the stress later. Peter guided me through the process and paperwork explaining everything clearly and patiently. He was easily contactable and answered any queries promptly making it straightforward.When my mother passed recently, we only had a limited time in New Zealand. Peter handled everything, once again, sympathetically, promptly and professionally in a warm and friendly manner. A huge thank you to Peter and Hope Funeral Services. I thoroughly recommend them.

Having attended several funerals overseen by Hope, I called them myself last week. They have helped us through the tricky bits while not pushing when we wanted to do our own thing. Perfect! Everyone has been delighted that Hope were able to live-stream our service from a non-conventional venue, allowing mourners from around the world to watch in real-time. The camera operator was great. I am very happy to recommend this firm.
