Levi's Store Wellington

Great store ...! I've purchased Jean's and shirts here, they have a brilliant selection of merchandise including Jean's, t-shirts, shirts jackets etc. I'm a big fan of the Levi's brand and often buy the iconic Jeans and denim Levi's shirts! I'll likely be back in there again soon. Photo depicts my son indicating his level of boredom whilst I shop for Jean's etc.

Bought a shirt. Bit on the expensive side, prices on the web site are for their Australian shops . the new Zealand price for same $40 more.

Excellent service from Shaun, tried on several sizes & styles until i got just the right ones. They only had one pair in stock but a second pair was found in Dunedin Store & arrived home before we did !! Top Service :-)

Above and BeyondI visited the Wellington Levi’s Store a few days ago, to try on some jeans. I normally have to spend quite a while in stores to find something that fits me properly. Most of the time I end up doing this myself and taking quite a while. Visiting Levi’s I found a found a familiar face. Shaun, who I had meet before in the Levi’s Store in Dunedin remembered me and was quick to offer help. The customer service Shaun provided went above and beyond what I would normally expect in a store. He was friendly, helpful and above all genuine. He helped me to find a couple of nice jeans and even a jacket. Honestly it made my day to just have someone that I could bounce ideas off, and I very much appreciated his honesty about styles and what suited me. He is a credited to the store and I would readily go back, even just to chat. I would like to thank him for going above and beyond in every aspect and giving me a helping hand. It’s not everyday that one experiences customer service in the way he provided.

Terrible service, highly disappointed. I walked into the store - 2 staff members stood at the counter, no other customers in the shop (unsurprisingly), they didn't acknowledge me as I walked around the store... I pulled out many pairs of jeans trying to find styles and sizes, and they continued to ignore me - some assistance would have been appreciated but they were too busy discussing personal lives! I asked if they had my size in a particular style, they did go out the back and find it for me. I went into the changing rooms with a number of pairs of jeans to try - not once did they bother to check if they could help with sizes, etc - instead I came out and exchanged a size myself. Determined not to purchase after this experience, I left the change rooms and put the jeans back on the shelf myself while they stood and watched me.Very disappointing experience, get it together Levi's.

Just went in, this is a quiet Sunday afternoon with nobody else in the store. 3 young guys working, all ignored me and kept talking gossip amongst themselves. Disgusting lack of service.

Such a friendly and amicable salesperson. The store was super neat, clean and well-stocked. I had been searching with no luck everywhere online for a particular fit, size and colour of Levi's and decided to try the store on the off chance there was one hiding in the back storeroom. I was pleasantly surprised to find a number of them in stock and also got some good advice from the salesperson about which he thought would be a more flattering fit.Really great experience and all Covid-19 protocols upheld.

I see Levi’s offers extended sizing now which I thought was awesome. Many stores don’t put them on the floor, or they’re just available online. I thought Levi’s would be different but lo and behold I can only try my size (18) if I buy them online - and even then it’s $15 delivery - and you have to pay postage to return them, and get another if not the right size. I even rang the store to double check. Deeply, deeply disappointing.
