Recently completed property sale and purchase through Ami. Extremely happy with the outcome. Settlement was reviewed and date changed multiple times due to being in Covid19 situation, which was all dealt with brilliantly. Every question and communication was responded to very promptly while working from home (alert level 4). Ami has a clear understanding of the process is very easy and friendly to deal with. This is my second transaction with Ami and will highly recommend to all.

Both Oscar and Shell were fantastic to deal with and front footed issues in anticipation of hurdles. Even though negotiations with the purchaser were frustrating at times and late settlement tested our patience briefly, Oscar and Shell were great at keeping us informed and keeping all parties working toward and achieving the end goal.
