Raj Patel, the manager, supported me through getting my engagement ring repaired after I lost the diamond solitaire. He kept me fully informed throughout every step of the process and responded quickly to any emails I fired in his direction. This was the ultimate customer experience and I was made to feel valued - a rarity in the sales industry. The ring was returned today and it is simply stunning - you would never know it had been repaired. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service and craftpersonship. I had W&H make a replacement wedding band and it wasn't quite right. They listened to my request taking precise notes as it was all done distantly. What returned was a replica of the original. Thanks for your patience and persistence with me and supplying the perfect replacement band!

I had a great experience dealing with Raj, I wanted a pendant for my mum that wasn't in stock. He went above and beyond to get one made and kept up communication on its arrival. Raj was fantastic. We had a custom gold bangle made for our granddaughter and could not be happier.The service we got was outstanding as we were on a strict time frame.I will be using Raj again for sure.

I unfortunately lost my beautiful engagement ring just 1 month prior to my wedding day. While the insurance claim didn't come through in time, as soon as it got to Raj at W&H, I had a new ring sized and couriered within a week! I couldn't be happier with the service Raj provided - everything was so easy & his service was impeccable.

Walker & Hall were very helpful in creating a custom diamond engagement ring for me.It wasn't the easiest ring to make as it needed some harder to find pink diamonds. But Raj went out of his way and found the diamonds and had the engagement ring made, which looked amazing.Raj helped through the whole process with options and ideas and it has really shown in the quality and how beautiful the ring turned out.Thanks guys!

We had an engagement ring, family heirloom, replaced. Although a sad and unfortunate time, Raj made the process an easy one. Plenty of communication, expectations were set and met. Excellent custmer service.
