New Zealand Couriers

spoke to office lady on 21 st of april had parcel in hand but couldn't deliver it, so it vanished, now on the 9 may after 15 phone calls, nobody knows anything and will give you the round around until you give up!!!

I was expecting a package and with the tracker I saw that the courier didn't leave the package or a slip. I rung HQ and their response was awesome. They located my parcel and I picked it up straight away.

Won't answer their phones. Tracking said delivered but there is still nothing a week later.

They lose parcels.Track and trace doesn't work they weren't aware where the parcel was as they don't scan at base after pick up scan then they don't scan from Auckland to Hamilton they don't scan in Hamilton it goes to next destination TeAroha pick up point again not scanned oh and it was robbed so it was probably stolen case over.

Called the service line for over and hour and a half to query an package that has not arrived, when the tracking says “delivered,” no one answers at all. Track/trace is a joke as gives no details about whether parcel was delivered to depot or address listed. Poor effort NZ couriers.

Shocking service. Received several emails this arvo, stating two separate parcels were delivered to our home and left at the front door at 3.21pm today. We have security cameras. There was no courier van. No one came through our security gates. No parcels were left. $400 worth of items. Unexplained. Human error somewhere!

Thank you for helping me avoid being the sad victim of a Paypal scammer and returning the package they didn't pay for back to me as requested. Such a relief!

Staff was friendly and got my parcel quickly

Ordered a parcel on Thu, Oct 6. It was in the mail on Friday.The rural courier signed for it 4 days later, there's still been no delivery. The customer service team have tried to get in touch with the rural driver but have had no response.Their website says that they are supposed to have better delivery times and services than NZ post. But in the time I've been waiting for my package the NZ Post rural courier has been time and again with other packages, sent much later than mine.If the customer service team doesn't stand a chance with their reckless rural drivers. Then who does?Only thing stopping this from being a 1 star review is that they're at least going to get the package re-imbursed thanks to the customer service team, they're trying their best.Update: After the courier team finally got in touch, all they could say was that if they had the parcel
