I just hopped off the phone from one of your employees regarding a room for my friend who is a working traveler from over seas looking for long term stay while she works in wellington. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was excessively rude and wouldn't allow my friend to have a room because she is 'too young' at the age of 24. I do not accept this kind of discrimination and will be leaving a not so happy rating online.Terrible - No stars

Good and affordable renting. It has a fantastic location that is not far away from town and it has amazing public transport nearby. This accommodation is also close to a supermarket and Wellington Hospital.

Good if you're in a bind, but it's pretty gross and people will steal your stuff.

Renter beware. Beware of the duplicitous management. Beware The 3rd and mezzanine. Don't be trapped. Me and several people have been given notice. No reason. It's about the bedbugs. Their suddenly doing something about it because now it's public knowledge. In the year I was here bedbugs were constant. The rooms leak. Bedbugs have been here possibly years. This review is the bestI could do. Possibly the tenentcy tribunal.I tried to live with the bedbugs for a year. I spent $140 on antihistamines. I slept on top of the bed in my clothes in a sleeping bag. To minimise contact with bedbugs. But nothing worked. Biten every night.Eventually I became crazy. It's hard for me to give a negative review I don't like conflict. This review is no problem at all. And it's staying for all time.Bedbugs disgust me so much I would rather be homeless. On top of bedbugs which is the pressing issue. The rooms in the mezzanine some of which leak badly. Room 60 so bad it floods half the room in the rain. The washing machines are an overpriced bad wash with undisolved washing powder all over the clothes. The pay dryer equally bad. It's vented into the room so the clothes don't really dry. There's no clothes line.No curtains on the skylights. So no privacy.Dirty rooms that aren't really cleaned when you move in.They are going to heat treat the 3rd and mezzanine for bedbugs. This happened because bedbugs became public.I've seen bedbugs on the toilet walls. So really they have no show. Yet if you complain you will be given notice. As I and several people have.Retaliatory notice is illegal according to the tenancy tribunalI have have to leave. Do I abandon my gear or take the bedbug nightmare with me. It has been a year of depression. I've forgotten what it's like not to have bedbugs crawling all over me. It's disrupted my sleep. Elevated my stress. Without antihistamines the bites blister and scab. All for $230 a week.
