Great place to shop, very friendly and helpful staff. Supercheap Auto is always my first stop for anything in that field. Usually don't need to go anywhere else.

Warm and welcoming staff. My car’s headlight bulb was fuse, fixed in 5 mins. But prices are too high.

Never knew you guys only did click and collect for the day, would've been nice to be on the website so wasted time out of my Sunday and fuel to get there, find out then go back home. Then proceeded to get a text after I purchased some sockets saying I could pick them up 5 minutes before closing. I got there before 5 and called 3 times (got hung up on on the first call) and even walked up to the door to get someone's attention but no one was there. Then two workers came out of the side door at 10 past 5. I said I called and got the text and asked if I could get my sockets because I needed them. I was told they couldn't go back inside because of the alarm and didn't know the code. So ended up wasting my time and fuel yet again. Useless and unhelpful.

I went today, customer service was appaling. Left, and spent my money in Repco where they were more than willing to help.

Went in looking for a particular item and asked shop assistant for assistance.We looked around for a while and when they couldn't find it just turned around and goes, oh

Seems like the customer service and help you receive just depends on what worker you go to on the day. Some will help, some don’t want to help. Came in today and was told they weren’t allowed to help with something, got a friend to ask another worker and he gladly did it for us. Same worker who said no to helping gave me false information from one of my precious visits within the past month.

I found the staff extremely we had to buy a birthday for a young man so we're looking at tools because we what is something he could keep forever. The reason I'm telling you about this is the staff there were extremely helpful, opening up tool kits so we could see what was in there. It is true we spent a little more than we intended but that's what happens when you have good helpful staff ☺️
