We engaged Topline Plumbing to replace all our legacy underground water supplies of a 8,000 sq/metre building with a state-of-the-art overhead Copper supply ring system.The results were perfect and without disruption to our business operation. All final connections to factory , office and amenities were successful and the underfloor system successfully isolated.The tradesmen were efficient, polite, and left our site tidy.

I have now used Topline twice once for home and once for work, Both times they have been great and the service is very good and arrived on time and completed the job to my requirements, The job for work was $200 cheaper than a quote from another company.Great company and staff.

Recently had an issue with my gas fire which is the main source of heat in the house and we are coming into winter, basically would not run and the pilot would not engage. The Topline team got back to me very quickly and had organised for one of their engineers to come on the following Monday which was very quick. This was also knowing that the particular gas fire was a discontinued line and maybe difficult to get working but they still wanted to help. Engineer arrived on time and took a lot of effort to get the fire working (but did this in one hour!), this was a huge bonus as was not looking forward to having to by a brand new fire in the current economic climate. Engineer left the work space in the lounge crystal clean, and took the time to show me how the particular fire worked and what the issues were that he fixed. Fire is roaring and we have also got a certificate for it now.Cannot recommend the Topline team enough, great service, price and turnaround. I will definitely be using them again.

What a pleasure it is to deal with a company who quickly responds to a request for service. We have twice called Topline; first for a gas fitting clean; second for a plumbing job. In both cases experienced tradesman were sent and promptly set about their work in a knowledgeable way. Both tradies completed the work and left our property clean and tidy afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for their standard of workmanship. May not be the cheapest but the job is done by those who know what they are doing. Communication with the customer before and after the job is to be commended,

Our house had a significant leak in the main line. After having to turn the mains off, called Topline at 7.15am. Job finished by 8.30am and the concrete path left intact and the surrounding lawn returned to an excellent condition as part of the job. A continuing pattern of excellence from Topline, who we have used for years. Cheers

I use Topline for my gas inspections and safety certifications. I was very impressed with Pauls flexibility to disconnect and cap off the gas to the old fireplace in the lounge. He did the safety checks as expected and I was very happy with his work and attention to detail.

Dropped Topline an email late in the day and received a reply back promptly informing me they could visit 7:30am the next morning. Can't get much better than that!Tony arrived dead-on time and he quickly got to work servicing my gas appliances. He was such a fund of knowledge that I picked his brains for a good 40 minutes on all matters gas (thanks Tony!). He's a very professional, friendly and competent man!I will definitely be using Topline again when the time comes for another service.
