Was in the store today to buy some new wiper blades. The fitting of the blades is something that I would normally do myself, however today, Angel, one of the store assistances went out of her way to ensure that I had the correct blades, and also remove/fitted the replacements. Her attitude and customer service was what I'd describe as beyond exception"."

Staff are really friendly. Felt a bit guilty though, I think they might have thought I was a thief, but I'm just a bit odd sometimes. Super helpful and knowledgeable, will go back here again for all our car needs and wants.

I had a great experience here. Madison (the staff member I dealt with) was excellent, she had all of the know-how I needed to make informed decisions about my purchases to go with my new car! Shout out to Madison for being so helpful and friendly, I would recommend this store any day!

The customer service was great, we asked for what we wanted and she promptly told us that they did not have any product to fill our specific needs.Sometimes shops don't have what you want and that is ok. But wasting time searching is of no use to anyone.

Would not recommend, was sold wrong parts, then messed around by the staff and the manager with no apologies or regard to my time or inconvenience. In my opinion 1 star is to much. Complaint made to head office in Australia also.
