Would give 0 stars if i could. Someone was falsely accused of stealing in front of many people at the checkout. They claimed to have security footage but didn’t show it despite being asked - then changed the story to say “somebody saw you”. Despicable behaviour and rude staff who bully customers. Not on.

Found it lacking in helpful staff , nobody to ask where things were large lines for the checkout yet many staff watching the self checkouts and on there phones

If you use the Click & Collect service, allow yourself 5 minutes to reach the front of the queue at the Click and Collect counter, which is also the counter for everything else. And then add another 5 minutes waiting time for your item to be brought from the back. It is a lengthy process. I have used the service twice now. Thought they might have just had a bad day the first time, but seems like it takes that long everyday.

Absolutely horrible staff, wanted to buy a game but when the lady was asked over the speaker to unlock the glass, she was within sight she took off, literally run away to lunch. Asked another staff member and she simply said stand around and wait for somebody to help as she couldn't help she only dose books, will never return unless it's to mess up the books section

Staff would send you to a Isle nr when you ask them.... You arrive and find it's not the right place. See Mitre10 for proper service.
