I'm very disappointed, we waited in the drive through for an hour , when there where 4 cars. When we gat home and checked the food it was wrong and didn't look like it was advertised.

Couldn't go in store had to go drive through. Food was great, chicken was moist, chips were slightly cold. But we enjoyed our meal thanks. Service was polite. And I dig polite 8/10

Very ordinary! The chips vvere soggy and old. The chicken not good. The girl at the serving counter did not smile at me. She vvas openly hostile, like I had done something vvrong. Looking at the other revievvs it appears most other people have experienced such services. They need to shake things up by the looks of it or this franchise'll go even further under.. Definitely never to return again.

The food was hot and what i ordered. The drive through was coneflower off but no sign to say closed so had to drive all the way through carport and back around again to park. Kiosks only had 2 working so long queue and even longer wait for food

Made 2 online orders tonight for pickup. Partner drove down at 9:45pm to pick both orders up only to realise the store was closed - even though they weren’t supposed to close until 10pm. Staff weren’t helpful at all, most of them standing outside chatting uninterested in letting people know why they had closed early. Drive thru was coned off. No signs anyway to inform customers of a early closure! Just wasted money on a service we didn’t receive. Not happy at all!

Unfortunately cannot give a high score, the wait time at drive through is too long, and I think the cause is a severe shortage of staff. What’s the point of offering good verbal service when the speed is so slow.

Not having been here for awhile we thought we try again – arrive home out of town to find items missing from order – the same reason that we stopped coming here as last time. Won’t be back. A rare treat that turned out to be disappointing yet again.

Had a chicken pack with coffee. Sat outside as the atmosphere is definitely abrasive to sociality. Staff wonderful. Chicken really tasty - coffee good too. They are very busy, yet still kept their cool as (large0 order after order was being processed. Premises seemed very clean. Good facilities for degreasing hands.
