F45 Training Hastings NZ

I was visiting the Hawkes Bay for the weekend so went along to F45 in Hastings. Ryan and his team were super welcoming and I had a great workout. Would recommend to any F45ers or people interested in joining. Thanks for having me Hastings!

I have been going to F45 for just over 12 months. First month to be honest was tough for me. Out of shape, overweight and no MOJO...I gave the 7-day trial a go. What did I have to lose? It hurt, it really hurt.After some encouragement from Ryan one of the owners of F45 Hastings. What struck a cord was our discussion around keeping up with our kids, and our grandkids. Having them trying to keep up with us. That was it!!Fast forward to right now!! the functional format and workout really encourages full body movement and really no place to hide!! With Rach and Ryan's team of champion instructors to support your time in class, every session is fun and at times insane!!If you been thinking about it and see the door open on Karamu road...pop in!! There is always a friendly face at Sting City's F45 community....I could not recommend this gym enough to anyone....

The last six weeks have been life changing for me since joining the Hastings team. I was nervous about trying F45 as it has a fairly hardcore reputation but it has been nothing but fantastic so far. Never in a million years did I expect to feel so refreshed and energised both physically and mentally, and on my post baby #2 journey, I feel almost back to my best.Rach and Ryan along with all the other coaches are the best and really do care about your goals and progress and ensure you get all the support to keep going.Can't imagine life without this training now. Keep up the good work team!

Been a member since 2018 opening. Then became a coach with F45 Hastings in 2021. I can’t describe enough how much this studio has done me good. Mentally and physically. You receive amazing encouragement by members & coaches. The coaches are very professional in what they do by providing assistance with all aspects of health - training, recovery and nutrition. Highly recommend F45 Hastings NZ and I’ll be visiting every-time I am home. Will miss this space for my daily dose, but it’s not goodbye!

Cannot recommend F45 Hastings enough. The gym itself is hygienic & well set out. The trainers are incredible & supportive. Owners Rachel & Ryan really take the time to get to know everyone training at the gym & are in touch always wanting to know how you are tracking your goals or adapting to your injuries. For general fitness or weight loss, F45 is great & welcoming!

Awesome studio! Both staff and members were very welcoming and super friendly. Heaps of encouragement by coaches and just a real good family vibe to the place. Thanks Rachel for letting me visit, will definitely be back!

F45 Hastings has a great welcoming atmosphere. Have been going for 18 months and love the variety of workouts and challenges to keep me motivated. Coaches are very attentive and have helped out a lot with my form and adapting exercises to suit when injured. Have never been able to stick to regular gym exercise before but this is so fun and challenging, really miss it when I have to have a day off!
