Mall Drycleaning (Tory Street)

I dropped off my wedding dress in April and was told I would receive a call to inform me of the quote, then I could decide if I wanted to go ahead with the cleaning. I heard nothing for months.In September I was called saying they had done the dry-cleaning. I never received a quote and my circumstances had changed so I informed them I didn't want my dress anymore.I was spoken to so rudely, which is disappointing considering it was them that hadn't followed through with a quote. If they had, I would have told them I didn't want it dry-cleaned.

I got my wedding dress cleaned end of September and just received it back. They told me that they will give me a call within the week of my drop off to give me a quote. Almost 3 weeks after that and we havent been given a quote. We had to go there to get a quote as they do not answer their phone. They told us that they will call us when the dress is ready. We waited and nothing. We had to go back there and ask them when it would be ready. They said it would be ready end of the week and they will call us. One week later and nothing. We had to go there again. The dress was ready but they never called us. The quality of the work is ok. They had to cut loose threads from my dress which were not there before. Its clean but the whole process was tiresome. Maybe for normal day to dag clothes they are good but wedding dresses. Nope. Communication needs to be improved.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. We dropped off an item for drycleaning, and because of a little bit of mutual miscommunication, the item wasn't ready when we went to pick it up a few days later. We needed the garment the next day, so the team at Mall Drycleaning leapt into action to get the garment cleaned, and delivered to our door within a couple of hours. We were very impressed with their professionalism, and the garment arrived looking good-as-new - we could not have asked for better service! I highly recommend them.

My adidas down jacket really needed a good wash, but I was afraid if it loose it shape or puffiness- as I saw what may happen to them with a bad wash. Mall Drycleaning did a dry cleaning for me, and I am so happy with the result.

Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve given in my work shirts for Laundry. I have been extremely disappointed at the quality of the finish. Yes, they are clean – but that doesn’t take much to put them in the washing machine. What really annoys me is the lack of ironing and the inconsistency. You Pay 6 dollars a shirt but they’re barely ironed- there’s no crease on the arm. All in all a basic service at a premium price.And the hours are terrible. They shut at 6pm so no chance of picking them up after work unless you leave at 5.30pm sharp. Id not use them again

Professional and polite! Garments are clearly treated with care & beautifully cleaned. Two different visits and three different jackets have all come up great.

A great business is measured on not only what is does well, but how it responds if things don't go according to plan. A missing pair of trousers resulted in a great effort by the team there to track down the offending items which were recovered, pressed and returned free of charge! Great service which will keep me coming back.
