NZ Post Shop Feilding

What a horrible experience! My mother finished work at 4:30 and had to go to the post office, I’m aware they close at 5 but that is no excuse for this woman’s behaviour. My Mum didn’t get it right the first few times and this woman scoffed at her and did not once offer to help then when she got it wrong a second time this woman muttered for F sakes under her breath to my mum. So to the curly dark headed lady learn some respect and patience or leave your job because your customer service skills are absolutely disgusting!!

Walked nearly 3 km to post a parcel as said on the website you were open. Got there and closed!? Please edit your website!!

Geez read the reviews which are the exact opposite to the experience we had. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly after we confused postage of envelopes vs parcels, easily rectified. Regards

This is a lovely little store, cool presents for children. I have only ever found the staff there in the last year or so to be very helpful.

Took a special trip to Feilding Post shop, from a Rural location, to post some articles because the rural postie didn't stop on friday to take these items from letterbox. Only to find that the shop was closed. Had checked the website before going to see the hours which said it would be open at 9.30am on Saturdays Would have been handy to know that it was closed instead of making a wasted trip from rural location. Please change hours on website.

The staff really need customer service training. It is not acceptable to argue with a customer and with the right skills, it is easily avoidable. I am not an expert in filling out forms but to be told to read the back and not to argue, when I question something is not a good response. Meanwhile the person next to me was having a similar argumentative experience over an address. Not the first time this has happened in this shop and if I could go somewhere else I would. Unpleasant place to visit.

To get a job at this post office, do you have to have miserable written down on your cv?The customer service is about as polite as the ladies at the AA store. Non existent.Fair enough the customers coming in probably often get it wrong but there’s no need to bark at them after all they’re getting paid to stand there looking miserable.In fact their service is so bad here I have had to hop online and give this bad review, which is something I’d never normally do.On a positive note - the shops not that bad.

What a horrible experience, I walked in there wanting to post a parcel. I have never done this before so I simply asked what I needed to do. To the old lady with glasses, short white hair, learn some customer service, patience and respect!! Whilst me completely clueless on what to do she was muttering under her breath, scoffing at me and looking me up and down so judgementally, and then had the guts to tell me that apparently “I was wasting her and everyone’s else time there, and to come back later when I’ve done it properly” ummm hello I asked how to do it as I don’t KNOW HOW TO. Seriously learn how to look after your customers!! Such an unpleasant visit, next time might just travel to palmy then to be verbally abused again, just for asking for help.

Unlike many other reviewers I found staff quite friendly, especially a petite older woman who served me. There was another older woman sitting behind the others (with her mask half off unlike the others who were very diligent) who was sighing and barking commands at a younger woman who was obviously new as if she was an idiot, which I did not think was fair, which is the only reason I haven't given them a 5.
