From the first moment I interacted with them they were very helpful.Booking the car in was prompt and loan cars were provided.Also, they delivered the loan car to me and picked it up. Tim came with me to my work place and then took my car to be repaired. Unfortunately the job could not be finished in the time frame given so I was offered a loan car. There was a bit of a mix up as to the time I was to have the loan car returned but that was sorted with a polite apology and my retaining the car until repairs were completed. I was caught out with covid and Tim then delivered my vehicle back to me and took the loan car back to his work place. A nice surprise was that they had cleaned the inside of my car for me. Thank you gentlemen.

After a parking lot accident where someone had parked against my car, I was looking for a repairer, which was when I found the fantastic reviews from Heretaunga Collision Repair Centre. I approached Paul, and I let him know beforehand that I am very pedantic when it comes to my car and that I wanted a repair that looked at least like the bumper came out of the factory which was when Paul assured me that they could meet my expectations. Three days later I was blown away at the fantastic work completed by the team, not only was the repair undetectable my entire bumper also had a new layer of clear coat, and my quarter panel was buffed to a mirror finish, the headlight restored to original condition, and the entire car washed and waxed to a shine. I highly recommend this fantastic team, not only are they incredible people but they surpass the competition with ease.

My partner and I dealt with Tim in terms of booking the car in and general updates. His customer service was incredible. He kept in touch throughout the process of having our bumper fixed/replaced and was great to deal with. When we got our car back the work was immaculate and looked like it did when we first brought it. Tim’s service and the final product of work are a credit to the business and the rest of the team we didn’t get to meet or thank. Highly recommend.
