Just sent a parcel to Auckland this week via the Hastings office...was told it would be 3 working days which was totally fine. It arrived the following day so thanks to the Hastings and Auckland teams. The other national blue freighting firm would do well to learn from these guys!!

Picked up 2 pallet loads from the Hastings depot. Slightly too tall for the vehicle I was given to use. I had multiple offers from staff to help me hand bomb the packages. Everyone was friendly on a busy day. Thanks.AECS.

Delivery seems to be fine, BUT getting a booking for a pick up, send a bit thru them & its in excess of 30 minutes (39) today to get an answer on their phones. Hopless.

If I could give negitive stars I would. On a friday when trying to phone at 4.50pm the staff have either already gone home or are refusing to answer phone very poor service. Wont be using in future.

Absolutely useless. The initial attempted delivery was on par with the delivery times given on the website I was shopping on (1-2 working days), but as I wasn't home they left a note and I didn't receive my package. 9 days and 5 phone calls later, I finally got my parcel. Terrible.

He did deliver my parcel with efficiency and courtesy of ringing me to let me know he was delivering and had delivered my parcel where I asked him too. I appreciate that kind of courtesy call. I'm very happy with the service provider Thank you.
