Soma Yoga
Jasmin was able to create an environment, in which I felt safe and comfortable to let my body do what it needed to release stored trauma. She also provided appropriate safety netting for any potential delayed reactions to the release. I'd highly recommend for anyone interested in this evidence-based trauma release modality to give it a go with Jasmin. I know that I'll be back for more. :)
