For 2 and a half years I had my entire household goods in storage with Grace Removals Auckland then once I relocated to Sydney and had my belongings shipped over I felt like everything was in immaculate condition and I will NEVER use any other removalist company as the communication and the professionalism you cannot get with any other Removals company. Gear was moved from Sydney to Auckland. Good communication re. arrival and delivery dates. Arrived when they said and unloaded and unwrapped with no problems. Everything well packed. Very happy with the service : )

Grace Removals did a fine job of removing our household goods for transport to Brisbane, Australia. The crew was punctual, efficient and courteous. The office staff were efficient and maintained all communications in a timely manner.Soon we will be waiting in Brisbane to do the unpacking after we find a suitable house to settle in. Grace Removals packed and moved my daughter’s contents of her whole house in Whangarei and transport it to Auckland and unpacked again. Paul was outstanding. Friendly, respectful, hardworking and professional. Tee and Jono were also very professional. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Although admittedly i needed to use a removal company at short notice and at the peak time of year, Grace was the only company of about 15 I contacted that had clear communication outlining their service and time estimates. From initially acknowledging my enquiry, I had a call within a hour and from then the lovely staff member couldn't have been more helpful in understanding my needs and putting together a quote. Once accepted all communication whether by email or phone was clear and precise. Staff moving my goods were early but thoroughly professional and I even got my items delivered earlier than expected, and in perfect condition. Terrific customer service throughout, and will absolutely be using them again when needed.

Very poor service.. booked my household items to be shipped from Auckland to Sydney in December 22. They picked the stuff in 16 Dec. But not delivered untill now 30th of March 2023. Today I called them in Sydney for delivery, they said can't confirm when you will get it, may be mid April...I had to buy all my items from Sydney.. Very Very slow and poor service..

Used Grace to move from Auckland to Wellington. Just make sure you get an idea of the volume cause that's how they charge you. Fair prices!
