Worst customer service ever you can experience on this planet. This guy take name down of whole Noel Leeming.I bought a demo tv from this branch, when we go home and starting peeling the stickers out from the display there was a minor crack under the sticker. So I take tv back to the store to return. I met Shoaib there the guy was extreme rude he doesn’t even know how to talk to customer on even any person, he straight away jump to conclusion and start arguing you did this and I am not able to return to tv as this my fault. We had a crazy long argument and he is keep blaming me and at last I asked him a question did you check the tv by peeling the sticker out and he has no answer for this so he left to place.Then another manager jumped in the situation and checked some things and come to the conclusion that crack is under the sticker so it’s no one’s fault. Appreciate him attentive mind that he handle situation very nicely and make me calm down as well.The guy Shoaib has no sense to talk to people, even he is talking to there own staff and scolding her as well that you made a deal now thats your problem. He doesn’t belong to this place where he don’t know how to talk to customer or how to talk to lady staff.

Best Noel Leeming store in Auckland. Ada is so knowledgeable when it comes to computers and tvs and more. Always go to this store!

My mother Inlaw calls me (I’m based in Australia) and tells me about the worse experience she had today. While out shopping for an iPad for my father Inlaw, looking around your store, she sees an iPad over the price of $1000, approaches one of your customer service people who was the only one free to talk to and he has the nerve to say to her “oh you don’t want that iPad you can’t afford it” she left the store telling him she will purchase an iPad from elsewhere and she did exactly that bought it from Harvey Norman (who treated her better) This is not appropriate behaviour anywhere and to have that said to her shocked me. I will be getting more information from her in regards to this worker as a formal complaint will be made. I’m not going to let anyone talk that way to anyone especially to a family member. Would love to know the reason why he thought it was a great idea to discriminate against her. One store she will definitely let others know to avoid. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Large store bargain's to be found. Plenty of staff on the floor, we were in there 30 mins and no one came and asked if we were ok or wanted help, desipte everyone else that walked in were immediately assisted. To the young lad with red hair who ignored us three times, We spent well over 2k today. Phones x 2, ear phones and a portable speaker. Just not in that store. We went else where. Henderson branch is the best.Team members are polite and very accommodating specially SHAILEN. He knows the products well and very patient in explaining every single aspect of anything we ask. I bet he is the top guy there. Highly recommended. Well done Shailen.

I just like noel Leeming in general look out for black Friday sales and boxing day cause noel Leeming prices for tech was cheaper than jb hifi tbh and I ended up buying sound bar on black Friday and xbox series S on boxing day they literally had the lowest prices world wide. Probably getting a Chromebook or laptop from them soon.

Came in yesterday and was greeted by one of your staff members he was very informative of the product my friend and I were looking into. I felt welcomed and enjoyed the time and experience here. I'd recommend

Loved this store, the size is good. The staff are brilliant and friendly very helpful. My friend got the last pair of hair clippers which were on special so that was awesome lol. Everything you could possibly need in the store is there. Plenty of parking outside for all.
