As a loyal supporter of many years, you should try a massage with Chai for any aches and pains and I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the results. He is a magician when it comes to treating pain.

Great range of classes and always a special experience that goes beyond a gym-class yoga experience. The teachers are experienced and actually have anatomical knowledge which makes classes safe and fun.

I enjoy everything Kindred has to offer. . The ambience of the studio is something else. Here the soul feels connected and grounded through beautifully complementary sound tracks and essences. A warm and nurturing colour scheme and sensational view. AAH Heaven

The Studio Evolve in Nelson offers many great yoga classes, and the one that I found most helpful for my fitness/ability level was Sheila Kennard's Chair Yoga which is held on Thursdays at 11.15am. Due to a tailbone injury, it is not comfortable for me to sit on a mat on the floor, so chair yoga seemed a perfect match for me. Sheila's positive approach, kind and caring nature with a variety of options for each move made it easy and a very enjoyable experience. It wasn't about competing with anyone, just doing my best at whatever level I could handle. One of the best things about this class is that it doesn't matter how old - or young - you are or what fitness level you are at - you will reap benefits from the very first class. Thank you, Studio Evolve, for supporting this great class taught by an amazing person who has helped be become more flexible, more balanced, and healthier in mind/body/spirit. Kindred is a beautiful, clean space to do yoga in with lovely props and staff and I really enjoy Pooja's 6.30am classes - great way to start my day.
