I had a problem with a vape that I bought here and the customer service was beyond excellent. Jason was quick to respond with an offer to send a replacement and when I decided to buy a different system instead he sent me a refund in store credit. Super professional and kind, during lockdown no less! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable employees and perfect customer service, as well as a great range of products and online shopping even during the most stressful of circumstances (lockdown).

The lady minding the store, Roxy, was super friendly and helpful when trying to find the right flavour for my vape, she gave good recommendations and was able to answer questions regarding maintenance and parts replacements, if you need anything Vape related definitely go to Vaporium, their options are great and customer experience was amazing!!!

Decent products and prices, but sad customer service from the tired, bored and uninterested staff, at both Dunedin locations. If you don't want a downer, then shop online! Staff turnover is very fast also, so I imagine the owners/ managers aren't the easiest to deal with.

Went here last week, costumer service was horrible, rushed me out and didn’t really help with what I needed and was a tad rude , maybe if you want to keep costumers treat them a bit better
