Always incredible service from the team here, always a good korero with Alice, and wanted to highlight some great mahi from Jason over the past couple of days, who went out of his way to monitor and snap up an earlier available appointment when it became viable, was really helpful as always so I'm pretty stoked. Love this team

My cat stayed there for 10 days and came home so thin and weak she had to be put down 4 days after she came home. I made sure the staff knew she was an older cat and even provided them with extra food & treats I knew she liked. The worst thing was that they must have seen how thin and weak she was getting but didn't bother to try and help her or get their vet to check her. Please don't leave your cat in their cattery if you love your pet because they don't and won't do anything if they get sick while in their care. I hope they have the decency to close down the cattery before they kill more much-loved pets.

5/5 they checked up on my girl after her appointment and as sad as it is I'm glad they did because my girl was put down the next day because of cancer. They had so much love and care for her it made things alot easier for me ❤️ thank you for the paw prints for Chicago and the talk with the vets! You guys are amazing & I thank you guys for taking the time and care into my girl!

The traditional small town vet with a big heart. They treated our we boxer Lily with love and respect. They were approachable and caring with great advice and after care. First time we have ever been to a vet and not felt ripped off. Thanks.

Every time I have had to bring a pet or animal to this clinic, the compassion and understanding of ALL the staff there is great. The little hints n tips they share as well as being totally aware of the emotive situations that arise and how they deal with the animal lovingly and carefully, as well as the humans.

Excellent care and support from Louise and the team whenever we go. Our old Boy is 15 next month and I thought his trip last month would be his final one, but we came away with daily pain relief and will have him a bit longer. Thank you :)
