Some of these reviews are from staff members, how bad is that.Loooooong delays in delivery, then was wrong size, shape and colour. This happened twice over 8 months with the same order.Very poor communication from this company and there are many dissatisfied customers.I would give zero stars if it was possible.I recommend avoiding this company

We absolutely love our pergola, which was installed in May 2022. The roof on our decking gives us another outside room and adds to both the value of our property and our enjoyment of it. Thank you.

Ordered a deck roof from Impact Outdoors. The communication was prompt and keept me in the loop. Delivery and installation was impeccable, they arrived on time and did an amazing job with installation and clean up, they consulted me all through the process. Though it takes a longer waiting to install it is really worth it. The staff did a very good job, highly recommended. I am going to have them install the outdoor shading to complete the set up. Thanks Outdoor Impact!!!!!
