Probably the worst Subway I’ve been to in the CBD. The lady who served me was very rude. She talked to me as if she didn’t want to be there, asked my sub to be toasted but took the sub out of the oven early so the cheese was only half melted. Ingredients were probably past its best before - lettuce wasn’t fresh.Asked what smoothies were available and she literally told us to just look at the sandwich board outside the store when she could’ve just listed out the flavours that they had. Ended up ordering a smoothie anyway - the fruits were ‘real fruit’ but looked like it was frozen and defrosted multiple times hence the horrible stale taste. She also didn’t bother to cut the footlong sub in half (thought this was standard training in Subway unless requested).The only good experience I had here was with the trainee who at least smiles and greets the customers.

Most horrible place to order sub. Only subway expert can make order, otherwise, you will be ignored. I gave up order after 15 min waiting and witnessed one guy kept ignored by staff.

Right in the middle of the lunch rush, the woman went on her break leaving one guy to serve. There were 10 people waiting when she did this. Waited 30 minutes - her entire break to be served. Ridiculous. Staff need better training and time management skills.

Signs on the door say open at 7am. Here j am at 7.30 hoping to get my lunch for the day and it's all shut up.. could you at least communicate your opening times.

My order was 30min late which I understand can happen due to busy times but when I walked up to get my order I had no apology or any words exchanged at all. Just left the sub on the counter and walked away. Lady making the sub also - while wearing gloves- spoke on her phone and touched her hair which leaves me here unsurprised that I am now suffering from food poisoning :/

Store is quite dirty and understaffed, staff were nice enough and there a cute pigeon that walks around the store, he was definitely the best part. also the recycling and the rubbish which are next to each other both go into the same bin? odd

This place is so run down and it just feel dirty in general. Which isn't great wheen you think of subways slogan eat fresh". There was also a staff member who had fainted and the staff member who was serving me didn't seem that concerned at all

Excellent service, had a really nice chat with the server who is a stellar person. Order was quick and perfect. I have zero complaints. Keep it up :D
