Coffee Training

This was an excellent training session by Dave. Dave is a very approachable, knowledgeable, and gave great practical tips on both the actual coffee-making as well as what makes a good barista/front-of-house staff. The session is packed with information and hands-on practice - which is great for a complete beginner! I really enjoyed it and highly recommend this to anyone looking to learn.

Had a great time making all the coffee types. No frills. Speed training. All go - all the time. perfect. Even tried a few of my own coffees. Lost count of how many but now very confident making flat white, latte, long black, takeaway coffee, mokachino and short blacks. Made a few others like cappuchino, chai latte and so on but hands down flat white and latte are the most requested so I'm good for those especially. Dave was an excellent trainer. There is no fluffing around - you are making coffee within 20 minutes and learn by doing and getting feedback. Swishing the milk jug and getting temperatures and sound right will take more practice but well worth it. When you have 4 plus a trainer making coffees it is absolute carnage but highly enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

The training course exceeded my expectations. There was so much knowledge being taught within two hours and it was interesting. Dave demonstrated each step of making the different kinds of coffee professionally and his enthusiastic teaching gave me motivation to make a better coffee. I think all coffee lovers should attend this course.

Thoroughly enjoyed this coffee training class with Dave! Not only did we learn how to make 5 different beverages, we were also taught a lot about the barista industry & cafe culture. This class was super interesting & fun and has inspired me to look into furthering my barista skills :)

I learned so much about coffee, from the origins of different beans to the art of latte-making. It was a real eye-opener!What I appreciated the most was the passion and enthusiasm of the trainers. They genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time and left the session feeling confident in our coffee-making skills. And let's not forget the delicious coffee we got to drink during the session - it was some of the best coffee I've ever had!Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to learn more about coffee or improve their barista skills. It was lovely and the guy was very enthusiastic and helpful, clearly very knowledgeable.Learnt to do many different types of coffee and how to use the machines etc.

Very friendly instructor. Learnt a lot about coffee and hot chocolate making. Would recommend to anyone who likes to learn hands on.
