This place is absolute must for all new and experienced riders. They have a bit of everything and most models on display. There is even a cafe to sit down and enjoy the view.

Went there for a bikeshopping and possible test ride. The block thag i believe was a sales rep approached and felt like he was judging me coz of my look and colour. I asked him on dets on test riding a motorbike and the guy saidi need a deposit in order to do that.he just walks off with a smirk and ddnt entertain us. Be warned this guy judge u based on ur looks. He is a baldy tallish white fella that looks like a russian with moustache. Never again...

As far as the sales and unveiling of the motorcycle went 10/10. Bought a ktm rc390 a week ago, noticed that their qualified " mechanic/service person had put one of the grommets on the fairing completely skew then lost the other and stuck a rubber spacer down with a blob of grease. I rang cyclespot up to rectify the situation and was told I can bring the bike back when its convenient for Cyclespot not me the customer to "see what we can do" this sort of service is not only WELL below par but also completely unacceptable. This also begs the question

I purchased my first Ducati on line based purely on the Italian pedigree. Customer service has been excellent, especially Nick Lewis whom provided up to date information on delivery dates etc. Have yet to visit Cyclespot but sure to be on my list when visiting Auckland nxt.

Bought an Indian Scout. This is an awesome store with lots of brands, loads of bikes and accessories. Has a cafe so nice place to stop mid ride. Well worth a visit. Go see Richard he is an awesome staff member.

Absolutely amazing service, was very helpful, from a beginner rider getting me onto a first bike and setup with the necessary riding gear and working with me on my budget. Awsome experience and will definitely be a returning customer for all things motorcycle related. Also continued assistance/communication which is an A++

What a difference. I have not had the greatest experience with cyclespot in the past but the new shop is fantastic. The staff now actually take an interest in you unlike their old Barry's point rd place where you were ignored. Top marks for your new situation, everything is beautifully presented and the staff are very helpful
