I went to Automotix as it was recommended by a friend.I was pleasantly met by Carlo who attentively listened to my issue/concerns which I find is rare in mechanics. Great communication and service. I live over the bridge but will definitely be making the trip up to come back next time.

I went to the shop to get a Warrant of Fitness for my van. Since the queue was a long one, Carlo, the business owner, suggested that I will just leave the van and he will call me up when it’s ready. Since I had no ride going home, he asked one of his staff to bring me home. Once the check-up was completed he called me up so I can pick up the van. No fuss and no stress! Carlo and his team are very accommodating, courteous and well-mannered. They give good customer service and price is just right. I highly recommend them for excellent service.

Used this company to replace CV boot on my Suzuki Swift. Very prompt and efficient service. The owner, Carlo, is very good to deal with. Price was fair. I recommend this firm. I have since had further work on 2 occasions and have been very pleased with the friendly professional approach by Carlo and his men and the price and quality of their work. I highly recommend them.
