They could not have been more helpful when I couldn’t get my car going. My quote was prompt and I had news on what was going on with my car long before I had expected. On a visit to the Mainland my vehicle transmission had apparently overheated, causing the engine to enter Limp Mode. Another service centre operator told me it is overdue for a $10,000 rebuild.Grant used a thorough Scanner process and careful inspection to identify possible service issues, reassuring me that 'there's life in the old girl yet'. If I could emigrate to Blenheim I would do it tomorrow in order to enjoy such superb Customer Service. Top marks and big thanks to Grant and his team.
