The single most unfriendly, unhelpful useless human being I have ever met, surprised that this place hasn’t been shut down already due to one of the worst customer experiences I have ever received. Seriously instead of shouting and being extremely over aggressive why couldn’t you just fix a simple puncture in my tyre NEVER AGAIN...

Failed a warrant for a few reasons. Once we examined the vehicle ourselves we found some of the fails were unfounded. The break pads were definitely not on steel, there were no cracks on the inner front tyres. It was disappointing.

Unexpectedly had to stop in to see Stevie (the owner) on our travels when our camper van started leaking radiator fluid and cutting out when idle. Being complete car novices my girlfriend and I were panicking and devastated at the prospect of our trip being ruined. Stevie totally came to the rescue for us.He treated us with respect, honesty, fairness and kept us informed on everything he was doing. We were back on the road in two days and the van has now saw us through another few thousand kilometers with no hassles at all.If you happen to get stranded in Tairua, as we were, Stevie will give you great service and you'll get to enjoy the beautiful town of Tairua whilst there too! Thanks again!

Steve saved the day, actually, saved our trip. We were a bunch of Americans stranded in Tairua with a blown tire during our vacation. Steve was polite, professional, and fun, and just so happened to have the exact tire in stock that our rental needed! Thanks for putting up with us Steve! And thanks for saving our trip through beautiful Aotearoa! Not sure what we would have done without your help! Also should note the prices were affordable, service was fast & honest, and we felt we were well taken care of as tourists in this beautiful town!
