Costs a lot to get in. It stinks of old socks, everything is sticky, if there’s something ‘interactive’ it probably doesn’t work unless it’s an arcade game which will cost you. The food is horrendously over priced - and there’s signs everywhere telling you can’t take your own food in. And yes, it is policed. Maximum capacity is determined by how many people can be squeezed behind an electronic gate. Most kids love it. Loads of parking. I’m sure for the amount they make, they could make it less ‘tired.’ I don’t think the play area has been upgraded since it’s inception.

Visited junglerama & clip & climb on 13/04/23 @9:30amGreat entertainment for kids of all ages, accomodating for adults also with cafe and seating area outside of the playground for a bit more quiet dinning. Staff providing excellent customer service. Conveniently located next to the TOP10 holiday park where we resided for a couple nights.Will definitely return.

It's average at best. Fun for the kids but parents beware of the stealth tax!! They charge you to look after your own children if they under 14.

The best place to take your children to spend some energy, have an amazing experience running free around the several castles, slides, trampolines, and so many more things to explore.Plenty of space for parking, nice cafe, safe environment and also perfect for the kids birthday parties.

Great venue for the little kids with lots of things to keep them busy. Looks like a good venue to have birthday parties also. The food there was also good. Will recommend that you go there.

I had a very bad experience at Junglerama today. The lady from the counter all of a sudden went to tell my son(10Yo) off because he was playing with my little daughter in the toddler area. He was wearing shoes, and that was not permitted but it was not okay for her to go and shout at him directly, he was very embarrassed and wanted to cry after that situation. I am not coming back to this place. If anything the fault was mine as a mother for letting him going to the toddlers area, not him. That lady should be more careful as she is working with children. Very bad and unpleasant experience.

I love to bring my under two over but last time when we had the visit over fours were in under twos area and not showing any care to the babies. I felt to told them off. I suspect where their parents were. I don't want bigger kids come and push my 13 months.

The kids love it and the activities are awesome but it is DISGUSTING. There is hair everywhere. There was blood all over an area my son was climbing over. There are random masks and bits of rubbish laying around. It stinks. I'm so confused why there isn't any cleaning or vacuuming. It looks like it hasn't been done in weeks based on all the dust, dirt, and grime. There's also a must wear socks rule yet the lovely adult folk of Lower Hutt do not wear socks and neither do their kids. Great time for your child but need to hose them in sanitizer afterwards.

Lots of fun and plenty of play space, with more than one area. Separate space for babies/small toddlers. Food, arcade games, rest area and party space. Good for multiple hours of play for all ages. Can get quite warm when busy - I would recommend taking a full water bottle.

I hired the place for my daughters birthday . At the end I needed to put the presents and left over cake in the car and it was just me and my daughter. The lady rudely told me my daughter can't leave or I'll have to pay another $12 to get her back in. I said I'm the only adult and I'm putting presents in the car and about to leave . She said tough . After paying just under $300 for hiring the place I ended up having to leave my daughter alone at junglerama so I can take everything and load up my car. Also no one seems happy to be there or do their job. My tent/room wasnt ready in time so i didnt get the full time i was meant to have.Will Not Be back waste of $300
