Dealt with Murry Rodgers and he let us view the facility that we wanted to go ahead and lease. After that we were willing to go ahead. But then he just kept stretching the wait time in a ridiculous way by saying just waiting for the owner to get back to me" and "I will have an answer by tomorrow or Monday". It took almost a month just to tell me it has been leased.Waste of time."
