Had a problem with our TV. All the apps disappeared. Rang up and was talked through on phone how to fix it..but no that didn't work. Tech Stop came up later that day and reset our TV completely. Now working perfectly. Am so happy with the service and the price and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

These folks provide a great service. Explained everything clearly on the phone, super quick turnaround, tidy work, and best of all providing pro-active updates on the job- including following up on a late courier before I even realised it was late. Awesome.

I recently had the back glass cover replaced on my Samsung S9. Part was ordered and arrived within a few days, communication was fast and repaired within an hour of dropping off. Looks good as new and everything still works great. Great competitive price, very happy with my repair and would recommend to others.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.Dropped phone in for a glass screen replacement, instead of installing my original LCD onto a new glass screen they replaced my original LCD with a counterfeit knock off LCD. The glass did not fit properly in the frame and there was pressure onto the back of the LCD (leaving a visable mark on the screen) due to its poor/cheap design. A professional repair shop confirmed that the screen was a low quality counterfeit and advised that go back to this shop and get my old LCD back. I went back to the shop and got my original screen fitted and refunded. They tried to tell me that you cannot buy geniune replacement parts and all phone screen replacements are not perfect, which is completely false (as I now have had the screen properly replaced and it is perfect). They are using cheap poor quality components and lack the skills necessary to install these components correctly. I would advise people to steer clear of this business and avoid the hassle I went through.
